
Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre is managed by a Board of Advisors comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise. The board is formed for a period of one year and a few independent members of eminence and reputation are nominated each year. Members of this board meet once every quarter.
The Team comprises of people from different walks of life who have all come together with their varied experiences to work towards one mission. It includes people from diverse backgrounds including social workers, MBAs, chartered accountants, corporate professionals, consultants and PR professionals.
The team is a blend of experienced veterans and enthusiastic freshers; all put in sync with the organisation's core values which also drive individual thought and action. Our endeavors to create an ambience where people have the freedom to deliver quality and take pride in their work. All the team members are also given the opportunity to connect with each other regularly. Events and activities are designed and organized to make each one feel, as much a part of the organisation family.
Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. This four-tier audit mechanism reviews programmes and projects, internal operations, compliance of statutory norms and conducts an external evaluation for the impact and outcome of various development programmes. The, Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre was founded in 1988 and registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 21 of 1860 on 16th June 1989. The organisation conducts Social Research programmes and takes Developmental activities & organised training programmes on a regular basis based in the State of Odisha, India.
It is one of the few such organizations based in the Western Odisha led by Social Activists, which works at the grassroots, national, regional, and international levels. The organisation works with partners from a diverse range of International Universities, NGOs, human rights movements and networks and works to advance the rights of men, women and adolescent girls, and the sexual and reproductive freedoms of all people. The organisation advocates for positive Social Change through national and international fora, and provides training and learning opportunities to global activists and leaders through its organisation.
The ‘Indira Gandhi Integral Education Centre’ has accredited with United Nations as Special Consultative Status by,

The organisation has Membership with "Govt. of India, Ministry of Agriculture New Delhi" on Film Library. The organisation running under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act,1976 & under section 80G & 12A of Income Tax Act 1961.
